Keeley Hawes will be taking part in a new program called The Tiger's Tail, to be broadcast on BBC radio World Service on 9th August, 2008 at 1801 GMT.

On 9th August BBC World Service Radio will play The Tiger's Tail: a drama-documentary that marks 20 years since the first democratic uprising in Burma in 1988.

There will be stories written by Burmese writers, as well as interviews and commentary from Burmese journalists and commentators and members of the public, looking at Burma then and now.

Cast includes: Juliet Stevenson, Keeley Hawes, Sophie Okonedo, Kristopher Milne, Benedict Cumberbatch, Helen Longworth, Joan Walker and Nicholas Khan.
